Senior System Administrator – Enterprise Microsoft Infrastructure

About the role

A leading enterprise organization is seeking a Senior System Administrator (Systems Administrator III) to maintain and evolve a large‑scale Microsoft infrastructure that underpins critical business services. You will ensure reliability, security, and performance of Windows‑based platforms while driving automation and modernization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer enterprise Windows Server environment, including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
• Manage VMware virtual infrastructure and oversee Windows server lifecycle, patching, and updates.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts to streamline operations.
• Support highly available platforms, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and ensure secure production systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design resilient solutions in virtualized, hybrid, and highly available environments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with enterprise Windows Server administration.
• Strong background in VMware virtualization and PowerShell automation.
• Proven ability to support high‑availability services and resolve intricate infrastructure problems.
• Experience working in a mature, large‑scale enterprise environment.
