Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Enablement

About the role

Mastercard’s Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Enablement team is seeking a Senior Specialist to drive technology‑focused talent acquisition initiatives worldwide. You will enhance recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experiences by delivering scalable, data‑informed, user‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑regional projects, shaping solution design, prioritisation, and delivery.
• Support technology enhancements and champion global adoption of new recruitment tools and practices.
• Partner with regional teams to ensure solutions are practical, aligned, and built for scale.
• Manage issue escalation, platform troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and documentation while maintaining compliance.
• Lead pilots of innovative hiring approaches, including skills‑based and AI‑driven recruiting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technology enablement and optimisation for talent acquisition.
• Strong program and project management capabilities.
• Consultative problem‑solving mindset with data‑informed decision making.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
