About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Development to join its Start Path Emerging FinTech team. You will work at the intersection of fintech innovation and Mastercard’s product strategy, helping to shape partnerships with high‑potential startups and drive the development of new payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate high‑potential fintech startups aligned with Mastercard’s strategic priorities.
• Drive commercial and strategic partnerships with selected startups.
• Collaborate closely with Mastercard product teams to define partnership strategies and align with product roadmaps.
• Track and analyze fast‑emerging market trends and create landscape reports.
• Manage relationships with the existing portfolio of Start Path companies.
• Support partnership strategy across multiple fintech domains and help build Mastercard’s brand presence in the startup ecosystem.
