Senior Specialist - Cybersecurity

About the role

As a Senior Specialist in Cybersecurity, you will act as a trusted security advisor, designing and protecting network and system security across the enterprise. You will monitor threats, support incident response, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, business‑aligned solutions using modern security frameworks and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy to ensure security designs align with business objectives, network architecture, and technical standards.
• Monitor network infrastructure, analyze traffic patterns, detect anomalies, and investigate suspicious activity to prevent breaches.
• Support incident response efforts, including containment, remediation, and post‑incident analysis.
• Design and recommend network security controls for new or acquired systems to meet data‑protection requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective, secure technical solutions.
• Stay current with evolving tools, techniques, and vulnerabilities to strengthen the organization’s security posture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 5‑8 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or security operations.
• Deep understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, OWASP, and industry best practices.
• Proven experience in incident response and post‑incident analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and multi‑tasking abilities.
