Senior Recruiter – Remote (Canada)

About the role

Directive Consulting is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team on a fully remote basis in Canada. You will focus on building pipelines and hiring top talent for the company’s Digital Marketing divisions, including Paid Media, SEO, Demand Generation, and Programmatic.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation for performance‑marketing roles.
• Conduct thorough interviews and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop inclusive sourcing strategies using outbound outreach, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers on pipeline health, market trends, and hiring challenges.
• Champion a positive candidate experience that reflects Directive’s values.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and advise on best hiring practices.
• Build and sustain a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Achieve key metrics such as a Time‑to‑Fill of 30 days or less.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within performance‑marketing or digital‑marketing environments.
• Strong commitment to inclusive hiring and diversity initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams.
