About the role

RBC is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its Global Talent Centre of Excellence. In this senior position you will design and execute talent acquisition strategies that support diverse business objectives while delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for internal and external hires, managing all steps in Workday and Phenom.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and set expectations.
• Embed diversity considerations throughout sourcing and selection processes.
• Build and maintain pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions using advanced sourcing and networking techniques.
• Perform preliminary and face‑to‑face interviews using behavioral‑based methods.
• Provide market intelligence on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing channels.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to advise on recruitment best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end corporate recruitment experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong consultative and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
