Senior Project Manager – Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager/Product Owner to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise software products and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, QA, and architecture teams to define strategy, prioritize needs, and ensure timely, high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define product vision, gather requirements, and set priorities.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution, maintaining scope, budget, and quality.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with engineering, QA, UX/UI, and architecture teams to drive successful delivery.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and features.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑centric focus.
