Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager is a remote position responsible for leading complex, cross‑functional projects for life‑sciences clients and internal product teams. You will oversee end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, define scope, allocate resources, and manage risks for multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Coordinate with technical, analytics, and domain experts to align objectives with business goals.
• Manage dependencies across global teams, drive issue resolution, and provide status reporting.
• Facilitate project meetings, track milestones, maintain documentation, and enforce governance standards.
• Refine delivery methodologies, mentor project teams, and support portfolio‑level planning and prioritisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects, preferably in life sciences, healthcare or technology.
• Strong communication, negotiation and collaboration abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, business or related field; advanced degree or certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
• Expeditor, inspection and logistics management experience to track deliverables and ensure compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
