Remote Patient Support Coordinator

About the role

We’re hiring a full‑time remote Patient Support Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for Sailor Health patients after intake. You will handle scheduling changes, billing questions, Zoom troubleshooting and general administrative support, ensuring seniors feel cared for, informed and supported throughout their mental‑health journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email and text with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations.
• Address billing issues and guide patients through payment processes.
• Troubleshoot Zoom sessions and assist with other technology platforms.

Required profile

• Exceptional communicator who can translate complex information into clear guidance.
• Detail‑oriented problem solver who anticipates issues and follows up proactively.
• Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Tech‑comfortable and adaptable, quick to learn new software tools.
• Mission‑driven with experience in customer support, care coordination or healthcare administration.

Required skills

• Experience with the Healthie electronic health‑record system.
• Familiarity with the OhMD messaging platform.
• Proficiency in Zoom for virtual appointments.
