Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager you will lead complex building‑technology projects for Bosch, coordinating internal teams, clients and subcontractors from concept to delivery. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while representing the company’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present proposals, RFPs and bid documents that highlight Bosch’s solutions and meet financial targets.
• Plan, schedule and oversee engineering, installation and subcontractor activities, managing procurement and site logistics.
• Maintain project documentation, contracts and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Communicate client security requirements and align Bosch’s products and services accordingly.
• Drive sales of service contracts and equipment upgrades, manage client relationships and support collections.
• Monitor project performance, quality and schedule, adjusting design or scope as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, multi‑million‑dollar construction or building‑technology projects.
• Strong leadership mindset with a focus on people development, teamwork and client satisfaction.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours and travel to project sites as required.
• Excellent written record‑keeping and adherence to safety and company procedures.
