About the role

DeOS is building a next‑generation interactive edge platform that delivers instant, high‑performance gaming on any device. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can thrive in a fast‑paced, technically complex environment and turn ambiguity into concrete delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of mission‑critical initiatives, from concept through production at scale.
• Define scope, sequence work, and drive cross‑functional teams to ship on time.
• Act as the force multiplier between engineering, product, and leadership, ensuring clear priorities and rapid decisions.
• Manage parallel workstreams across real‑time streaming, edge infrastructure, and performance optimisation.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, remove blockers quickly, and maintain accountability without slowing progress.
• Build lightweight tracking systems for progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Communicate precisely about status, blockers, and next steps.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of execution experience in high‑performance, technical environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects with infrastructure‑heavy engineering teams.
• Strong technical intuition around latency, performance, and scalability.
• Ability to operate under pressure with incomplete information and high ambiguity.
• High ownership mentality and bias toward action.
