Front-End Developer

About the role

Join 360.Agency, a fast‑growing company that builds web and marketing solutions for Canadian automotive dealers. As a Front‑End Developer you will help shape a high‑performance online sales platform, working in a hybrid model with a collaborative, agile team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain clean, testable, reusable front‑end code.
• Extend and maintain a shared component library for visual and technical consistency.
• Build new micro‑frontend modules for various web platforms.
• Participate in continuous improvement, agile ceremonies, pair programming and code reviews.
• Collaborate with back‑end developers, designers, content managers and mobile developers.
• Integrate AI‑powered features such as intelligent suggestions and personalization.
• Explore and adopt AI‑assisted development tools to boost productivity.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, responsive design and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and within agile teams.

Required skills

• JavaScript (ES6+) and React (intermediate level, including Hooks, Suspense, Context API, Redux).
• Node.js, npm/Yarn, Git.
• HTML, CSS, SCSS/SASS.
• Testing frameworks such as Vitest or Jest.
• Performance monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code).
• Basic knowledge of Java/JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MySQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis.
• Experience with REST or micro‑services architecture and cloud environments (AWS or equivalent).
