Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise‑scale delivery initiatives for a strategic account. You will oversee multiple Agile delivery teams, manage project financials, and ensure successful execution of large‑scale digital transformation programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large implementation projects across CPQ, CRM, commerce and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage several Agile development teams, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies and resource needs.
• Own project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, utilization tracking and reporting.
• Partner with clients, delivery leadership, architects and engineering teams to drive successful execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery excellence in hybrid Agile and traditional environments.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while communicating clearly with executive stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across technical and business teams to align around shared goals.
• Create executive‑level reports on project health, status and forecasts.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives that boost delivery quality and predictability.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of project management experience leading complex software implementation programs.
• Background in enterprise consulting or implementation projects rather than pure operations or managed‑service work.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and hybrid implementation approaches.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams including architects, developers, analysts and client stakeholders.
