Senior Project Management Analyst

About the role

Interac is seeking a Senior Project Management Analyst to support the planning, delivery, and evaluation of projects across its portfolio. Reporting to the Leader of the Agile Practice, you will work closely with Project Managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and aligned with Interac’s methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to apply Interac’s project management methodology consistently across all initiatives.
• Maintain and update RAID (Risk, Issue, Action Item, Decision) logs, supporting risk identification and mitigation.
• Produce accurate project health reports, status updates, and financial dashboards.
• Conduct staffing and resource analyses, develop forecasting and allocation models, and recommend adjustments to leadership.
• Utilize project management software to create, update, and maintain schedules, work packages, and dependency links.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, milestones, and deliverable tracking.
• Support day‑to‑day analysis and reporting tasks for Project Managers.
• Consolidate project data into clear views for stakeholders and present updates in cross‑functional forums.
• Participate in portfolio review sessions and facilitate consensus among teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management support or analysis within a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to large, cross‑functional audiences.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
