Senior Project Coordinator – High‑rise Condo Projects

About the role

Skyline Recruitment is partnering with a Toronto‑based developer‑builder to hire a Senior Project Coordinator who will support the Project Manager and Superintendent on high‑rise condominium sites. This hands‑on position requires regular on‑site presence across multiple locations in the GTA.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with daily site operations and coordination.
• Manage trade crews, prioritize tasks, and ensure clear communication on‑site.
• Oversee shop‑drawing review and integration into the construction schedule.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and document control systems.
• Support contract administration, change orders, and tendering processes as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience as a Senior Project Coordinator on high‑rise condo projects with a mid‑large GC or CM firm.
• Hands‑on, “boots on the ground” experience rather than a desk‑only role.
• Engineering or university background in construction‑related studies.
• Willingness to work at various project sites throughout the Toronto area.
• Red Seal Carpentry or related construction education is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Procore construction management software.
