Senior Product Manager – Platform Services

About the role

PointClickCare is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and strategy for foundational platform capabilities that power products across the company. You will own roadmaps, drive execution of APIs and shared services, and ensure value for internal product teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own multi‑year strategy and roadmap for platform services, aligning with company goals.
• Prioritize product investments using data‑driven analysis and build compelling business cases.
• Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers using agile and design‑thinking practices.
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches.
• Represent internal product teams and external customers, participating in industry events as a product expert.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of software product management experience, including building platform services, shared APIs, or developer‑facing capabilities.
• Experience in healthcare technology is a plus.
