Senior Product Manager

About the role

Phoenix is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve critical areas of the Phoenix & Raven patient experience. Working on‑site in Toronto, you will partner with the Principal Product Manager and VP of Product to turn company strategy into tangible outcomes across trust, growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategy, roadmap and execution for multiple product initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Identify opportunities through customer insights, data and operational feedback.
• Translate company objectives into clear product strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Lead discovery, shaping, delivery and post‑launch iteration for complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Drive alignment across engineering, design, clinical operations, pharmacy, CX, marketing and leadership.
• Apply Shape Up methodology to set project appetite, surface risks and maintain momentum.
• Use first‑principles and JTBD frameworks to understand patient motivations.
• Partner with engineering to balance feature development with platform stability, scalability and patient safety.
• Evaluate product performance with quantitative and qualitative data and iterate continuously.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of product management experience owning complex product areas from strategy through execution.
• Proven ability to lead high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong systems thinking and experience with operationally complex products or internal tooling.
• Excellent written communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity for AI tools and a track record of side projects or prototypes.
• Deep empathy for patients and understanding of trust‑sensitive environments.
