Senior Business Analyst, Product Development

About the role

As the Venn platform expands across multiple countries, the Senior Business Analyst will act as the connective tissue between technical teams and program stakeholders. You will own requirements discovery from intake to delivery, shape the product backlog, and ensure that the platform reflects real‑world field realities and program outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead intake sessions and facilitate structured discovery with leadership, engineering, program and field teams.
• Define product features, write user stories, acceptance criteria and maintain the product backlog aligned with strategic goals.
• Bridge technical and program teams, lead workshops, design reviews and ensure clear communication of timelines and risks.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and drive stakeholder onboarding and training.
• Define acceptance criteria, work with QA to validate releases and support rollouts across countries.

Required profile

• 7+ years experience in Business Analysis or Product Management delivering multi‑team technical programs.
• Post‑secondary degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworks in development contexts.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and process maps.
• Excellent facilitation skills and experience leading sessions with senior leaders and technical specialists.
• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).
