Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

JumpxGogh, a PE‑backed IFS professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own and scale its demand generation engine. Reporting to the SVP, Marketing & Alliances, you will drive the launch of the JumpxGogh brand, manage the website, and align marketing activities with sales pipeline goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run a measurable lead generation engine covering cold outbound, nurture programs, thought leadership, vertical and event campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and website‑intent follow‑up.
• Own the business side of the JumpxGogh website – roadmap, messaging, landing pages, conversion paths, lead capture, and campaign pages.
• Lead the brand and website launch, delivering commercially useful assets, sales enablement, and customer‑facing content.
• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans and execute campaigns from concept through reporting, including audience definition, ICP selection, messaging, assets, email copy, nurture paths, and performance optimization.
• Translate JumpxGogh’s delivery expertise into clear market messages for ERP, Service Management, FSM, EAM, PSO, and implementation services.
• Maintain the content calendar, ensuring each asset aligns with a campaign, buyer problem, funnel stage, or sales motion.
• Own SEO, AEO, and overall digital visibility initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience building demand generation engines with measurable commercial impact.
• Deep fluency with the IFS platform (PSO, Field, Service Management, FSM, ERP, EAM) to craft resonant messaging for enterprise buyers.
• Ability to take clear ownership of marketing’s contribution to the sales pipeline.
