Senior Marketing Engineer

About the role

Passage is looking for a Senior Marketing Engineer to own and scale its marketing channels across paid and organic media. You will work on an AI‑assisted platform that combines engineering, data, and brand stewardship to drive growth in 15+ countries.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid media on Meta and Google Ads, managing budgets, audiences, creative rotation, and scaling decisions across 15 countries.
• Launch and grow new channels such as TikTok, LinkedIn, and X from zero to measurable performance.
• Maintain a single cost‑per‑outcome metric, run weekly performance reviews, and make data‑driven budget allocations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all assets, languages, and formats using the encoded brand system.
• Develop and extend the in‑house AI platform: launch engines, MCP servers, Claude‑driven workflows, and automation of repetitive tasks.
• Implement robust UTM naming, pixel tracking, and cross‑platform attribution feeding into BigQuery.

Required profile

• 4+ years of performance marketing combined with production‑level engineering experience, preferably in Python.
• Deep expertise with at least two major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, X) at the API level.
• Strong brand sensibility and ability to judge on‑brand creative quickly.
• Data‑fluency with SQL, funnel metrics, and attribution modeling.
• Safety‑first mindset: dry‑run testing, idempotent code, and guardrails for live ad spend.
• Passion for AI‑driven workflows and building safe, effective agents.
