TD is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead high‑performing recruitment teams and shape enterprise hiring strategies. This role blends strategic leadership, operational excellence, and deep talent‑market expertise to deliver data‑driven recruitment solutions that support TD’s growth priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of recruitment professionals.
• Build targeted and diverse talent pipelines across multiple channels (social, passive sourcing, referrals, alumni, silver medalists).
• Manage a portfolio of complex searches using best‑in‑class sourcing and assessment strategies.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to provide strategic talent consultation, workforce planning, and candidate assessment.
• Develop strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders, influencing hiring strategies and aligning priorities.
• Promote TD’s employer brand through engagement with industry groups and external partners.
• Deliver an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Leverage recruitment data, metrics, and technology to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
• Stay current on market trends, talent insights, and leading practices in talent acquisition.
