Senior Manager, Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Operations to lead and scale complex, multi‑function operations for a fast‑growing organization. This high‑impact role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, ensuring service quality, productivity and cost efficiency across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale operations across multiple functions and teams.
• Own operational performance metrics such as service level, quality, productivity and cost.
• Translate business strategy into actionable plans and performance dashboards.
• Coach, develop and manage supervisors and team leads.
• Implement performance management routines and reporting structures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Partner cross‑functionally with key business units and oversee workforce planning, resource allocation and capacity management.
• Support new initiatives, expansions and operational changes while identifying and mitigating risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• 8‑12+ years of experience in operations, logistics or similar environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in high‑volume, complex settings.
• Proven ability to drive strategy, lead change and scale operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and performance metrics.

Required skills

• Experience with operational systems such as ERP and WMS.
• Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
