Healthcare Warehouse Associate – Day Shift

About the role

We’re seeking a dedicated Healthcare Warehouse Associate to join our team at BioScript Solutions’ A&D Wholesale in Oakville. The role focuses on receiving, processing, and shipping specialty healthcare products while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition against purchase orders and packing slips, and report discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for internal pharmacies/clinics and external customers, following FEFO protocols.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the warehouse management system (WMS), including lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Handle and store temperature‑sensitive products in accordance with cold‑chain and ambient requirements.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Inspect products for damage, recalls, or expiration prior to shipment and document non‑conforming items.
• Operate material‑handling equipment safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare shipments for carrier pickup with proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for hazardous or regulated materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in line with GDP, OHS, and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with purchasing, quality assurance, and customer service teams to resolve order or inventory issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience; pharmaceutical or regulated‑distribution experience preferred.
• English proficiency required for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) operation.
• Business Central (Dynamics 365) – preferred.
• Good Distribution Practice (GDP) knowledge and controlled‑substance handling protocols.
