Senior Manager, Loyalty Programs

About the role

Our leading retail client is seeking a Senior Manager to own the strategy, day‑to‑day operations, and performance of its customer loyalty program. You will drive retention, engagement and profitable growth while guiding a major migration to a new technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Validate loyalty program functionality across POS, e‑commerce, CRM and other customer touchpoints within a new technology architecture.
• Lead user‑acceptance testing, manage defects and provide business sign‑off recommendations.
• Develop the future‑state loyalty framework, including value proposition, segmentation, tiers, benefits, earning and redemption rules.
• Design and execute a member migration strategy with point conversion, tier mapping, communications and operational readiness.
• Own day‑to‑day loyalty operations, governance, promotional oversight, program enhancements and documentation standards.
• Define success metrics, reporting frameworks and ensure data‑driven decision making.
• Manage the loyalty budget, liability, forecasting, ROI analysis and financial governance in partnership with Finance.
• Serve as business owner for loyalty data governance, ensuring privacy, consent and stewardship compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in loyalty, CRM or retention marketing.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams across marketing, technology, operations and finance.
• Background check required upon hire.
