Senior Manager – Cyber Exposure, Testing & Intelligence

About the role

Accenture is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader to drive growth of its Cyber Exposure, Testing & Intelligence portfolio across Canada. The role combines market development, solution leadership, delivery oversight, and people management, working with C‑suite stakeholders to reduce cyber risk.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development for CTEM, vulnerability management, offensive security, threat intelligence and AI‑enabled security, converting demand into qualified pipeline and repeatable offerings.
• Build trusted relationships with CISOs and senior security executives across industries.
• Oversee complex client engagements, translating business and technical requirements into roadmaps, operating models and actionable recommendations.
• Recruit, coach and retain multidisciplinary teams, fostering inclusion, certification pathways and a sustainable Canadian talent pipeline.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of cybersecurity experience with leadership responsibility in consulting or managed security services.
• Proven track record in business development, solution shaping and proposal development for complex cyber opportunities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian Government security clearance and travel periodically within Canada.
