About the role
The Security Service Manager leads the delivery of security services for Blackbird Security Inc. based in Vancouver. This role oversees budgeting, staff performance and the implementation of quality standards to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
- Develop, organize and enforce policies and procedures across security establishments.
- Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
- Coordinate administrative services and assign, review, and monitor projects and programs.
- Represent the company within various economic and social organizations.
- Hire, train and evaluate personnel, supervising a team of 5‑10 employees.
Required profile
- College/CEGEP education.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience in security services management.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and lead a team of 5‑10 staff members.
