About the role

This senior leadership position is responsible for building and scaling internal IT operations for a fast‑growing technology company in Canada. You will oversee infrastructure, productivity platforms, and support services, ensuring seamless and secure experiences for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end corporate technology function, including device management, troubleshooting, and service delivery.
• Manage and improve productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, email, and core SaaS applications.
• Develop and execute a scalable IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business growth.
• Define service‑level objectives, monitor performance metrics, and drive automation to reduce manual workload.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to streamline the SaaS environment and optimize technology spend.
