Senior Manager, Corporate Communications & Reputation

About the role

The Senior Manager, Corporate Communications & Reputation will lead integrated communications initiatives that protect and enhance The Coca-Cola Company’s brand across Canada. Working closely with bottling partners, senior leaders and North American teams, you will shape the company’s narrative to highlight innovation and thought leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications strategies that strengthen brand reputation and trust with key audiences.
• Champion corporate reputation initiatives that support business growth through cross‑functional partnerships.
• Partner with the North American communications team to adapt leadership, internal, corporate and brand PR strategies for the Canadian market.
• Collaborate with bottling partners to align goals and elevate Coca‑Cola’s presence in campaigns.
• Provide regional expertise on strategic communications risks, opportunities and compliance.
• Coordinate messaging for public issues, policy matters and regulatory engagement.
• Support executive visibility through external engagements, media relations and strategic social media content.
• Strengthen internal communications to reinforce priorities, reputation strategy and public affairs positions.
