Field Organizer – Saskatchewan

About the role

The Liberal Party of Canada is seeking a Field Organizer based in Saskatchewan to support the party’s grassroots engagement and fundraising efforts. You will work with volunteers, local teams, and riding associations to build a strong movement and increase donor support.

Key responsibilities

• Organise teams to facilitate fundraising, engagement and movement‑building activities.
• Identify, motivate and train local volunteers and volunteer leaders.
• Meet clear goals to increase the number of Victory Fund donors in each riding.
• Provide training, support and management for local teams, organizers, riding associations and volunteers.
• Host in‑person and online training sessions and team meetings.
• Assist local organizers in planning and managing fundraising, engagement and movement‑building activities.
• Help develop, promote and share best‑practice modules.
• Maintain the party’s online and social‑media presence.
• Ensure all fundraising, volunteer and engagement data is tracked in Liberalist.

Required profile

• Energetic, organized, people‑focused personality with confidence in public speaking.
• Working knowledge of Canadian politics and Liberal Party values.
• Passionate about raising money for a good cause.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to solve problems in the moment.
