Senior IT Functional Analyst - SAP SD (Order-to-Cash)

About the role

Agropur is hiring a Senior IT Functional Analyst for its Canadian and U.S. operations in St-Hubert, Quebec. The role covers the design, optimization and coordination with technical consultants of all systems and processes in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including customer master data, order entry and processing, pricing and commercial agreements, deliveries and billing, and integrations with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Service. It translates business needs into functional and technical requirements and helps define the technology roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as functional expert and owner of SAP SD solutions across the Order-to-Cash process
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams on order management, pricing, billing and deliveries
• Gather, analyze and document business needs and functional requirements
• Design and optimize customer order management processes, from order creation to billing
• Ensure governance and evolution of pricing processes, including price lists, discounts, promotions, trade agreements and rebate programs
• Work with Finance to ensure the integrity of billing, revenue and accounts receivable processes
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Service to optimize order execution and customer experience
• Support incidents and complex O2C issues, coordinate testing and deployment, and lead or contribute to strategic projects and digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements and corporate governance standards, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field (equivalent combinations of education and/or experience may be considered)
• At least five years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst, preferably in an SAP environment
• Adequate knowledge of French required for positions in Quebec

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP SD processes and the full Order-to-Cash cycle
• Expertise in pricing, trade condition management and billing
• Understanding of integrations with SAP FI, MM, TM and other peripheral systems
• Ability to translate complex business needs into functional solutions
