About the role

Fairview Ltd. is seeking a senior HR leader to modernize its people practices and drive strategic talent initiatives. Reporting directly to the President, you will shape HR strategy, build leadership capability, and align systems with long‑term growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, developing a new human resources strategy and high‑level policies aligned with business goals.
• Design workforce plans to ensure future capability needs are met.
• Develop and implement a practical succession planning framework supporting business growth.
• Foster a culture where leaders are accountable for employee growth and success.
• Provide tools and guidance for performance management, coaching, and development.
• Enhance performance management to support continuous feedback, career development, and succession planning.
• Balance day‑to‑day HR operations such as payroll, compliance, and employee relations with strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience with a track record of modernizing HR functions.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior executives.
• Experience designing workforce plans, succession frameworks, and performance management systems.
• Excellent change‑management skills to guide the organization through transition.
