Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

CLV Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment for corporate and operational positions. You will partner with hiring leaders, build proactive talent pipelines, and help position CLV as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted talent partner, understanding business needs and delivering recruitment results aligned with growth plans.
• Own the end‑to‑end hiring process – from role design and sourcing to assessment, offers and onboarding.
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies and maintain strong pipelines for critical and future roles.
• Enhance employer brand through compelling job postings, recruitment campaigns and candidate communications.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience; business judgement and leadership potential valued.
• Up to five years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, sales or a people‑focused role.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication and interpersonal skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• CHRP designation or interest in pursuing it is an asset, but not required.
