Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer (Remote, Canada)

About the role

Molaris AI is looking for a senior full‑stack software engineer to join its fast‑moving team. You will lead the design and implementation of core platform modules, APIs, and web interfaces that power daily workflows for dental labs, clinics, and designers. The role is hands‑on, with a strong focus on architecture, code quality, and system scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain core application features.
• Implement backend services and integrations using the AWS ecosystem.
• Define and enforce architecture, performance, and security standards.
• Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable releases.
• Review code, mentor developers, and promote best practices.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment processes within AWS.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in modern web application development.
• Strong computer‑science foundation (data structures, algorithms, software architecture, design patterns).
• Ability to work independently and make architecture‑level decisions.
• Experience with regulated or healthcare data is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration, distributed systems, or high‑performance computing is a plus.
