Senior Director, Marketing Strategy & Operations

About the role

The Senior Director, Marketing Strategy & Operations will shape and execute integrated B2B marketing programs that directly drive pipeline and revenue growth. Working within the Brand Experience team, you will align creative, content, digital, and operations functions to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end B2B campaign strategy, from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with messaging, channel plans, and pipeline targets.
• Define and maintain CRM, lifecycle, funnel, and attribution frameworks to improve lead quality and visibility.
• Partner with Growth, Sales Operations, and Revenue teams to translate pipeline goals into actionable marketing plans and feedback loops.
• Build reporting dashboards that track campaign, channel, funnel, pipeline, and revenue performance.
• Coordinate creative, content, digital, and marketing‑operations leads around priorities, decisions, and measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of B2B marketing experience in a pipeline‑driven environment.
• 5+ years leading cross‑functional initiatives across creative, content, digital, CRM, lifecycle, and operations teams.
• Proven ability to define CRM, lifecycle, funnel, and attribution strategies.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Growth, or Revenue teams to align marketing with pipeline objectives.
