Senior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Designer who can simultaneously think like a campaign strategist and build scalable design systems. You will create high‑impact digital creative assets that reach millions while ensuring consistency and efficiency across channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality digital assets for email, lifecycle campaigns, display ads, and landing pages.
• Develop innovative narratives and visual concepts at the campaign level.
• Build and maintain templates, components, and libraries in Figma that scale across surfaces and channels.
• Translate strategic briefs into polished, deployment‑ready solutions while adhering to brand standards.
• Collaborate with copywriters, project managers, photo art directors, developers, and growth marketing teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and high‑volume requests in a fast‑paced environment.
• Present design rationale clearly to internal stakeholders and contribute to workflow efficiency and creative QA.

Required profile

• 6+ years of design experience, preferably focused on marketing or growth‑oriented creative.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital campaigns, lifecycle creative, and design system work.
• Ability to move between campaign concepting and systems building, from storytelling to template architecture.
• Data‑informed mindset, using performance signals to iterate on creative decisions.
• Strong command of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, able to deliver pixel‑perfect production under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with AI‑assisted creative tools (prompting and image generation).
• Basic editing and/or motion graphics skills.
