Senior Business Developer

About the role

Wireless PnC Inc is seeking a results‑driven Senior Business Developer to accelerate the commercialization and global adoption of its wireless EV charging technology. Based in Toronto, you will work closely with the business development team to identify new markets, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for a leading cleantech solution.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities in Canada and international markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, OEMs, fleet operators, municipalities, transit agencies, investors, manufacturers and suppliers.
• Identify, negotiate and secure pilot projects, demonstration programs and commercial deployments.
• Develop revenue‑generating partnership and channel‑sales opportunities, including joint ventures and technology collaborations.
• Prepare background information and business proposals for meetings with investors, partners and prospective clients.
• Support business planning activities and contribute to the company’s growth and commercialization strategies.
• Identify and attend industry conferences, trade shows and networking events that align with expansion objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships or market expansion within mobility, transportation, automotive or cleantech sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to secure pilot projects and commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of the EV charging ecosystem and wireless power transfer technologies.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑growing startup environment.
