Senior Analyst, Store Experience & Operational Intelligence

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Store Experience & Operational Intelligence will act as the enterprise integrator of workforce, customer and operational data, enabling consistent and scalable store performance across Holt Renfrew. This role transforms data into actionable insights that improve workforce effectiveness, operational execution and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain end‑to‑end operational processes linking workforce planning, store operations, clientelling and performance management.
• Develop and manage data frameworks, pipelines and models in line with enterprise standards and governance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized data workflows and reporting solutions.
• Leverage AI and automation to boost productivity, decision‑making and operational efficiency.
• Create KPI frameworks, dashboards and scorecards using Power BI within Microsoft Fabric.
• Analyze trends in sales, traffic, conversion, labour productivity and operational performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders and operational teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and evolving enterprise data frameworks, analytics and reporting solutions.
• Strong ability to partner with Workforce Management, E‑commerce, Client Experience, Food and IT teams.
• Experience delivering insights that drive performance and productivity in a retail environment.
