Senior Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management will strengthen and advance PC Financial’s ERM framework, focusing on treasury risks such as interest rate, liquidity, funding, counter‑party and capital adequacy. You will work in the second line of defense, providing oversight, challenge and execution across the risk‑management lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support ongoing risk monitoring and prepare ERM reports for senior management and the Board, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to the ERM framework by identifying risks, maintaining the risk universe, and assessing inherent and residual risk against risk appetite.
• Assist the annual enterprise‑wide stress‑testing program and ICAAP, developing scenarios and analysing results.
• Perform independent validation of treasury‑owned models in line with the Bank’s Model Risk Management Framework.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks to ensure alignment with treasury risk policies and directives.
• Validate key risk indicators (KRIs) to maintain strong governance and effective controls.
• Analyse internal and external data, creating risk dashboards that highlight portfolio and industry trends.
• Maintain proper documentation for compliance and audit purposes.

Required profile

• University degree in business, finance, economics or a related field.
• MBA, FRM or CFA (completed or in progress) is a strong asset.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, risk or treasury management.
• High proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel (PowerPivot, XLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH), Power BI, PowerPoint and VBA.
