Senior Analyst – Assurance & Advisory

About the role

We are seeking a self‑driven, business‑oriented Senior Analyst to join the Risk Advisory and Assurance team at PC Bank. The role supports internal audit plans, ensures regulatory compliance, and helps drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a portfolio of audits through planning, execution, and reporting phases, covering regulatory, operational, and strategic areas.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of risk professionals to understand current and emerging risks, share research, and contribute to improved ways of working.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to understand business challenges and deliver value throughout projects.
• Leverage data analytics to enhance risk assessments and testing, and develop visualizations for high‑impact presentations to senior management.
• Participate in strategic consulting projects as requested by senior leadership and the Board.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related area.
