About the role
We are looking for a motivated Second Cook to join our busy kitchen team at a well‑known seafood restaurant in downtown Vancouver. You will work closely with the head chef to deliver high‑quality dishes while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas throughout the shift.
- Organize and set up buffets and banquet stations for special events.
Required profile
- Between 7 months and 1 year of hands‑on kitchen experience.
- No formal culinary degree or certificate required.
