Seasonal Labourer – Yard Operations

About the role

RCI, a division of Park Paving Ltd., is looking for a reliable Labourer to join its yard team on a full‑time seasonal basis. The role involves supporting daily yard activities, ensuring safe truck movements, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct truck traffic entering and leaving the yard.
• Inspect loads to confirm they meet RCI material criteria.
• Interact professionally with customers on site.
• Perform routine yard upkeep, including grass cutting and garbage removal.
• Assist with general labour tasks as needed.
• Learn and operate a front‑end loader under supervision.

Required profile

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding labour.
• Hard‑working, polite demeanor and strong safety awareness.
• Willingness to work five 8‑hour days per week, with occasional Saturdays.
• Pass a medical/fitness exam and provide accurate qualifications.
