SAP Data Conversion Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Data Conversion Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA data migration and management projects within our Advanced Technology Center in Montreal. The role involves hands‑on execution of data extraction, transformation, validation and loading activities while collaborating with functional, technical and testing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute SAP S/4HANA data conversion tasks, including extraction, transformation, validation and load.
• Support end‑to‑end business processes such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Acquire to Retire, Design to Sustain and Issue to Complete.
• Perform data cleansing, reconciliation and quality validation.
• Assist with mock conversions, test cycles and cut‑over preparation.
• Partner with SAP functional leads, developers, testing teams and client stakeholders.
• Adhere to data standards, security requirements and delivery timelines.
• Support defect resolution and stabilization related to data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college program in a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA data migration and conversion.
• Experience with on‑prem SAP S/4 implementations and strong loading expertise using Migration Cockpit and LTMC.
• Proficiency with ETL tools such as Syniti ADMM or SAP BODS.
• Canadian Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain it.
• Fluent English for collaboration with multinational teams.
