Bilingual Enterprise Solutions Architect

About the role

Arctiq is seeking a Bilingual Enterprise Solutions Architect to join its pre‑sales team in Montreal. The professional will work closely with Client Directors to uncover customer challenges and design integrated, secure, and scalable solutions across the company’s full portfolio of services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business challenges, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Translate customer needs into scalable, secure, and commercially viable multi‑domain solution architectures.
• Architect integrated solutions across data‑center, virtualization, hybrid cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and application environments.
• Leverage technologies from strategic partners such as VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and others.
• Identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, cost reduction, resiliency, performance, and risk mitigation.
• Develop proposals, statements of work, RFP responses, solution designs, and level‑of‑effort estimates.
• Partner with sales teams throughout the sales cycle to position solutions, answer technical questions, and drive opportunities forward.
• Present and defend solutions to technical and executive audiences, linking technology to business value.
• Support pricing, ROI/TCO discussions, and managed‑services positioning where appropriate.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of the proposed architecture.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and French.
• Broad understanding of Enterprise Security, Hybrid Cloud, Networking, Autonomous Operations & Intelligence, Data & AI, and Service Management.
• Prior depth of experience in Security.
• Ability to lead technical conversations and know when to involve specialists.
• Commitment to continuous learning and technology experimentation.
