Principal SAP Security Consultant – S/4HANA Migration

About the role

Infosys is looking for a seasoned SAP Security Lead to drive security design, implementation, and governance for S/4HANA migration projects. The role focuses on role and authorization management, compliance with SOX and GDPR, and integration of SAP GRC solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement SAP Security strategy aligned with SAP Activate phases.
• Design, maintain, and transport roles and authorizations across SAP modules.
• Manage SAP GRC Access Control, including ARA, ARM, firefighter IDs, and SoD remediation.
• Conduct security workshops during the Explore phase and produce the security blueprint.
• Coordinate with functional teams for WRICEF governance and security requirements.
• Execute security testing during SIT/UAT and validate access controls before go‑live.
• Lead cut‑over activities, emergency access provisioning, and post‑go‑live monitoring.
• Report on security KPIs, audit findings, and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of SAP Security experience, preferably in S/4HANA environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each education year.
• Eligibility to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel and relocate if required.
