About the role
Amilia is building a new Revenue Operations function and needs its first dedicated systems and tools hire. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will own the Salesforce platform and the surrounding tech stack, configuring objects, building flows, wiring integrations, fixing data, and leveraging AI‑assisted development to accelerate delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce with declarative configuration (flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, reports, dashboards) and manage users, licenses, and security.
- Triage and resolve data‑quality and configuration backlog, including duplicate records, broken flows, and stale automations.
- Maintain the MarTech stack (HubSpot, Chili Piper, Propensity, Fathom, RocketLane, CLM/quoting tools) and ensure clean integrations back to Salesforce.
- Own the connective tissue between Salesforce, marketing tools, and reporting layers, keeping syncs and exports running and supporting the analytics team.
- Use Claude, Claude Code, or similar AI coding tools for SFDX metadata changes, bulk data fixes, scripted QA, and automation.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of hands‑on Salesforce administration (Sales Cloud); certification preferred but not required.
- Practical experience with an AI coding/automation tool (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) used in production.
- Experience administering at least one marketing automation or sales‑engagement platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesloft).
- Comfortable writing basic SQL for data checks and light scripting for automation.
- Proven track record of managing Salesforce for real users in a production environment.
