Sales Representative – Rogers Home Services

About the role

FutureSprouts Group Inc., a fast‑growing direct‑marketing and business‑services company, is expanding its residential sales team for Rogers Home Services in Surrey and the Lower Mainland. This is an in‑person, field‑based position that involves door‑to‑door outreach to residential customers.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Rogers Home Services and Mobility solutions in assigned neighbourhoods.
• Engage residential customers through face‑to‑face, consultative sales conversations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Rogers products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information while following compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team development.
• Work toward performance and leadership goals.

Required profile

• Enjoy speaking with people face‑to‑face.
• Confident, professional, and positive attitude.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and reliable.
• Comfortable working outdoors in residential neighbourhoods.
• Open to coaching and feedback.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
