Territory Manager – Dual (Fraser Valley)

About the role

Breakthru Beverage Canada is the leading sales broker in Canada, representing major suppliers such as Diageo, Brown‑Forman and Lucas Bols. The company values a strong team culture and seeks a Territory Manager to drive volume, market share and brand equity across the Fraser Valley region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage territory coverage across Surrey, Abbotsford, Langley and Delta to ensure excellent execution of sales plans.
• Plan daily, weekly and quarterly activities to meet quota and distribution objectives.
• Maintain and grow existing volume and distribution by building long‑term relationships with on‑premise and off‑premise accounts.
• Conduct product tastings, education sessions and sales calls using the Structured Call methodology.
• Prospect, qualify and onboard new accounts that fit the brand portfolio.
• Report competitive activity and provide constructive suggestions to management.
• Manage assigned budget, shelf placement, display positioning and price‑point management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of selling experience in a Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods environment.
• Strong organizational, multi‑tasking and communication skills.
• Sound judgment, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of wine and spirit sales and marketing.
• Proficiency with MS Office and understanding of liquor board regulations, market trends and competition.
