About the role

Key responsibilities

• Partner with store leaders to meet profit, loss, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day department operations, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional service.
• Drive sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding performance goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team, fostering product knowledge, merchandising, and customer service skills.
• Maintain accurate inventory, merchandising standards, and a clean, safe environment.
• Collaborate with store management to support store‑wide priorities and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Flexibility to learn through various mediums and work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.
• Previous retail management experience is an asset, especially in a departmental setting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
