Sales Representative

About the role

Altec Business Solutions is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its team as Sales Representatives for TELUS products. You will work on‑site in Edmonton, helping customers discover solutions that fit their needs while receiving paid, hands‑on training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers.
• Educate customers on TELUS products and services.
• Recommend personalized solutions based on each customer’s requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Strong communicator who enjoys working with people.
• Coachable, committed to continuous improvement, and able to work both independently and within a team.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, athletics, leadership, or sales is an asset, but not mandatory.
