Sales Representative – B2B Supply Chain & Logistics (Ontario)

About the role

As a Sales Representative at Chit Chats Express, you will help Canadian entrepreneurs simplify their shipping needs by turning qualified prospects into active clients. The position focuses on B2B supply chain and logistics solutions across Ontario.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound leads, referrals, marketplace research and re‑activation campaigns.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client shipping volume, carrier usage, pain points and growth potential.
• Qualify prospects based on commercial fit, shipping profile, compliance requirements and expected revenue.
• Prepare pricing comparisons, savings summaries and proposals tailored to each client.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Data, Product and Operations teams to address complex pricing or service‑fit questions.
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in the CRM and track all outreach activity.
• Coordinate hand‑off to Onboarding and Account Management for a smooth client transition.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and explain logistics solutions.
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, comfortable managing a sales pipeline.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to track and document interactions in a CRM system.

• CRM (experience using a customer relationship management system)
